Originally formed in 1975 under the leadership of founder and current chairman Richard Barnes, the company has over the last 25 years invested and prospered. In 1983 Simon Lane, the current Managing Director, joined the Company and in the years to follow Richard, Simon and their team expanded the company to become today the leaders in fresh produce marketing. Both Richard and Simon are still responsible for the day-to-day trading activities of the company ably assisted by the rest of the team.
